Interview Coaching and preparation
Most clients I speak to have not been for an interview for years, if at all. If this sounds like you, and the idea feels daunting, I am here to help you with interview coaching.
We all get nervous, but the key to success is being fully prepared.
No doubt you have found a lot of resources online for how to prepare for interviews, including how to write a good CV, cover letter and how to search for a job.
However you may not know what to expect, how to overcome your interview nerves and be ‘interview ready’ which might be the difference between your success and failure.
Competition for jobs nowadays is still huge and if you are lucky enough to be called for interview, you need to make sure you are successful and not allow your nerves to let you down. Prepare for you interview, including a ‘trial run’ and talk at length to an expert, will highlight where your strengths and weaknesses lie. That’s where I come in.
So how can I help?
My coaching & training sessions are an hour long and will be conducted either face-to-face if you’re local to Sussex, or via Skype if you’re not.
Your chance to:
- Have a ‘mock’ interview, where I will ask common interview questions and establish where you strengths and weaknesses are and give you feedback.
- Get advice on how to use your new CV.
- Get feedback on how you perform and how you could improve your answers if need be.
- Make sure you are applying for the right jobs, rather than just those you know you can do.
When attending the session please come dressed as you would for a real interview, to put you in the right mindset.
By the end of our session you will have the tools to make any interview easier and successful. Now it’s up to you!
Please note: if you purchase a CV package too, your CV consultation will take place on a different day to your interview coaching.
